So, just in time for Halloween, there’s a compilation album about people who’ve died and are buried in the Lone Fir Cemetery in Portland, by all Portland artists! It’s called (D)early Departed, and the proceeds go to maintaining and improving an important piece of our history: a graveyard in the heart of our city, which started in the 1850’s and final resting place of many of our founders, as well as some of lower estate.
