Thank you for including our song!

  2. Dave Says:

No problem, Greg–glad to do it! Great music you guys are making.

  3. daryl cognito Says:

Holy crap Dave, you put out a great show, but this one was one of your best. My I literally wore out the one click purchase button on itunes. Thanx

  4. Dave Says:

Wow! Thanks so much, Daryl. I really appreciate hearing things like that! It’s what keeps me doing what I do.

As someone who currently is living in Canada, my Canadian music IQ is relatively low. Any suggestions?

  5. daryl cognito Says:

Dave, at one time in my life my “CD” collection was split into to two. The Canadian side always had to be bigger. Bands like 5440, 13 engines, “a cartoon swear”, lowest of the low, etc. I was young and had time for radio like “Brave New Waves” on CBC and the local University Radio (CJSW). Now CBC radio 3 “super feed” is my friend. I find all my new Canadian stuff there.

Funny, I found the last show really took me back to the 80s (in a good way)

  6. Dave Says:

Yeah, the 80’s and early 90’s were a really formative time for me musically. That vibe sometimes comes out stronger on some weeks than others.

I haven’t checked in with CBC Radio 3 in a while, and I’m not sure I’ve seen the “super feed,” I’ll definitely have to look into it.
